Usually the precise detail will need to be agreed with Natural England so it&#8217;s difficult to commit to precise working methods with the planning authority when NE is the licensing body who will have the final say about which methods are appropriate. For example the number of days of trapping will be determined by NE not the planning authority, so if we agree 30 days for example, then Natural England request 60 days, this could lead to a very difficult situation whereby the planning permission and licence are not consistent. The report addresses the three relevant tests, and providing the council is satisfied that these <b>can</b> be achieved (which the report says they can be), that should be sufficient for them to determine the application. It may be worth simply pointing this out to them.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif"'></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif"'>Kind regards,</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif"'>Will</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif"'></span></p><div><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>William Riddett BA ACIEEM</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>Ecologist</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>T. 01328 864633</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>M. 07919 200302</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>Wild Frontier Ecology Ltd, Unit 2, Cold Blow Farm, New Road, Great Snoring, Fakenham, Norfolk NR21 0HF</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><a href="http://www.wildfrontier-ecology.co.uk"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>www.wildfrontier-ecology.co.uk</span></a><u><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'></span></u></p><p class="MsoNormal" style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>Company registered in England and Wales No 4942219.
